Do you ship to my country?

Yes, we ship worldwide from Luxembourg.

Is it legal to grow in Luxembourg?

Yes, since 2023, every household has been allowed to plant up to four cannabis plants from seeds to meet personal needs. Personal consumption at home is permitted.

Which Shipping Methods are available?

Our shipments are made through post.lu to ensure that your order arrives as soon as possible and in the best delivery conditions.

When leaving our warehouse, an email will be sent to you confirming the shipping details so you can track and see where your package is all the time.

How long does it take for the order to arrive?

If all goes well, your European order will arrive at your home in 48 hours. Shipments to the USA/Latin America usually take between 15 and 20 days to arrive.
But remember that you are responsible for knowing the legislation of your country about the legality of the products you buy at Gas Station.

Are your shipments discrete?

Of course. Shipments are made without any type of reference or printing. 
We take care that our name does not even appear on the transport label.

What Payment Methods do you accept?

You can pay for your order in 3 different ways.
- With card (the fastest and cheapest)
- By Bank account (cheap but slower)
- Cash via Mail 
- coming soon: Crypto Payments

And of course you can always leave us a message via Email if your preferred payment isn’t available. 

Note: Unfortunately PayPal (among others) for example is not 420-friendly and doesn’t work with 420-businesses. 

Is buying online safe?

Sure.
Our website is encrypted so that no one has access to your data, whether personal or payment method.

How can I cancel or make changes to my order?

You just have to write us an email or call us by phone to tell us the changes you want to make to your order.
The same if you want to cancel your order.
All this before we send you the order since then it will be impossible for us.

How can I keep track of my order?

As soon as we send your order, we will confirm by email the transport company that is going to take it to you, the tracking number and the page where you can see the state of your shipment.

How can I return products?

If you have received a product that is not what you expected, you can return it without problems. Remember that to return a product it must not be used, it must have its original packaging and arrive in perfect condition. To proceed with the return of the material you must write us an email informing us that you want to make the return and we will tell you the steps to follow.

Note: Unfortunately we do not accept the returns of seeds as they are living organisms and we cant assure what the recipient did with em. This is mandatory for your and our protection!

I have a problem with my seeds

Our job is to facilitate the transaction between the breeder and the client. They come in their original tamper-evident packaging that has not been opened or tampered with. Because of this, Gas Station as a company is not a replacement for seeds. 
Any problems related to your seeds should be addressed directly with the breeder. We can help facilitate a discussion to clear up issues, including replacing seeds directly from the breeder, however this is at the discretion of the breeder, not Gas Station. Some breeders will replace seeds, others won't.
Once again, Gas Station will not replace seeds, as our job is to get them to you, nothing more.

Seeds are SOLD ONLY AS GIFT AND COLLECTIBLE ITEMS!

However, it is up to each customer to study the regulations governing the cultivation and use of cannabis seeds in their region.
Gas Station is not responsible for any legal problems that arise due to your purchase.
